EntryNexa Orders separates account sign-in from inbox permission so you understand and control each connection.

Account identity

ChatGPT sign-in identifies your EntryNexa Orders account. It does not grant EntryNexa Orders access to Gmail or Outlook.

Email connection

Inbox access is a separate consent step and is read-only. EntryNexa Orders cannot send, modify, or delete email. Permissions are requested in context and limited to features you choose.

Credential protection

Connections use encrypted transport. OAuth tokens are treated as credentials, access is limited to authorized components, and tokens are revoked and deleted when no longer needed.

Data minimization

EntryNexa Orders is designed to extract the purchase information needed for timelines, deadlines, and refunds rather than use inbox data for unrelated purposes, advertising, or sale.

Your controls

Account & Privacy inside the dashboard shows connection status and provides account-deletion controls. You can also revoke provider access from your Google or Microsoft account security settings.
