EntryNexa Orders Privacy Policy
EntryNexa operates EntryNexa Orders. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, how it is shared and retained, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
Account information may include your authenticated user identifier, email address, display name, trial and subscription status, and support communications. Purchase information may include merchant, item, order number, dates, amounts, carrier events, return deadlines, refund status, and related message metadata. If you connect Gmail or Outlook, we access only the permissions shown during consent.
How we collect information
We receive account information from the sign-in provider, purchase information from sources you choose to connect, information you enter manually, and limited technical information needed to secure and operate the service.
How we use information
We use information to create your private purchase timeline, identify return deadlines and refund discrepancies, provide alerts and reports, operate subscriptions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service, respond to requests, and comply with law.
Email and Google user data
EntryNexa Orders uses read-only access to identify order confirmations, shipping and delivery notices, return confirmations, and refund messages. It does not send, edit, or delete email. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not use inbox data for advertising or sell it.
OAuth tokens and security
OAuth tokens are treated as credentials, transmitted over encrypted connections, protected at rest, limited to authorized service components, revoked when no longer needed, and deleted after disconnection or account deletion, subject to short operational backup periods.
Service providers and disclosures
We may use hosting, authentication, email-connection, analytics, security, customer-support, and payment providers to operate EntryNexa Orders. These processors may handle information only for contracted service purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Storage and international processing
Information is processed on hosted cloud infrastructure and may be stored or processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. We use contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the information involved.
Retention
Account and purchase data are retained while your account is active and only as long afterward as reasonably necessary for support, security, fraud prevention, legal, or accounting obligations. OAuth tokens are deleted after disconnection or account deletion. Payment records may be retained as required by tax and financial laws. Backup copies are removed on the provider’s normal rotation schedule.
Your choices and privacy rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of account information and may disconnect an email source. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to know, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses, appeal a decision, and receive equal service when exercising privacy rights. Because we do not sell or share personal information for behavioral advertising, no opt-out is required for that purpose.
How to make a request
Use Account & Privacy inside the dashboard or email support@entrynexa.com. We may verify your identity before completing a request. We aim to acknowledge deletion requests promptly and complete verified requests within 30 days unless law permits or requires a different period.
Children
EntryNexa Orders is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy and will post the effective date and provide notice of material changes when appropriate. EntryNexa is the business responsible for EntryNexa Orders data. Contact: support@entrynexa.com.
